Jeffrey L. Baer, Esq.
As a civil trial lawyer with the Goldstein Law Group, Senior Associate Jeffrey Baer focuses his practice on the civil defense and prosecution of insurance fraud cases, including car insurance fraud, PIP, first party, third party and insurance fraud investigations.
Mr. Baer graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center.
Prior to joining the insurance fraud investigators and insurance law attorneys at the Goldstein Law Group, Mr. Baer practiced plaintiff’s PIP litigation, commercial litigation and bodily injury. He began his career as an Assistant Public Defender for Broward County, Florida.
Mr. Baer is an active member of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators and the Broward County Bar Association. And in addition to his work as an auto insurance fraud attorney, Mr. Baer finds time to service his community, working with children with autism and breast cancer awareness.
