Brian S. Tenzer, Esq.


Brian Tenzer, Esq., is a Partner at Goldstein Law Group. Tenzer concentrates his practice on the defense of insurance fraud cases with an emphasis on homeowner insurance fraud and property insurance fraud.

Mr. Tenzer received his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University and went on to become a Probation Officer at the Florida Department of Corrections. After four years, Mr. Tenzer decided to pursue his law degree at the Sheppard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor degree in 1999. Mr. Tenzer is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the State of Texas. He has also been licensed in the United States District Court (Southern District, Florida) since 2004. Tenzer serves on the Florida Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention, National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators, National Fire Protection Association, and the Florida Property & Casualty Insurance Fraud Task Force. Named one of Florida’s Legal Elite by Florida Trend magazine in 2011, he continues to be a featured speaker on insurance fraud cases, and as an expert on insurance fraud training at many conferences sponsored by organizations such as the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee.
