Jorge Montero, Esq.
As a civil trial lawyer with Goldstein Law Group, Jorge Montero focuses his practice on the civil defense and prosecution of insurance fraud claims, including PIP, first party, third party and fraud investigations.
Jorge Montero graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. In 2000, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to joining Goldstein Law Group, Mr. Montero worked within captive counsel for Progressive Auto Insurance Company including aspects of fraud litigation.
Mr. Montero volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem for the 9th Judicial Court of Osceola County. He is a member in good standing of the Orange County Bar Association and he is licensed to practice in Federal US Middle and Southern District Courts of Florida. Mr. Montero is a member of NACA/NCLC.
