Frank S. Goldstein, Esq., is the founder and managing partner of Goldstein Law Group. 

Mr. Goldstein concentrates his practice on the civil prosecution of insurance fraud claims and the defense of insurance matters, including personal injury protection (PIP), bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. Mr. Goldstein serves as lead counsel in civil actions and recoveries, totaling multi-millions of dollars, and has filed several major civil fraud actions against organized crime rings, on behalf of major insurers. Goldstein was recognized as Insurance Attorney of the Year at the annual Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee (FIFEC) conference in 2013. In 2014, Mr. Goldstein was named Best Insurance Lawyer by Leaders in Law and his firm was recognized as Best Law Firm with less than 25 attorneys. Mr. Goldstein previously served on the Florida Division of Insurance Fraud Strategy Task Force, was a member of the Florida Insurance Council for Fraud Reforms and Legislation and has been a board member for the Medical Claims Defense Network (MCDN) for more than 20 years. He is a licensed and approved instructor by the State of Florida and Florida Bar. Mr. Goldstein speaks throughout the country and has been a featured presenter at the statewide fraud conferences in Virginia, Minnesota, Michigan, Florida and New York.
